Pick up your voting documents!

All voting delegates are asked to collect their necessary voting documents at the IFLA Secretariat in Saint Clair 2.

Voting materials will be distributed only to those delegates who are in possession of the IFLA Vot­ing Form 2014, duly signed by the appropriate authority.

Reminder:

• Be sure to collect your voting documents as early as possible—don’t wait until the last minute!
• Voting takes place at the beginning of the first General Assembly Meeting in Auditorium Lumière on Wednesday, 20 August at 16.15.
• All Association Members of IFLA are asked to make sure they bring their voting documents—especially the Quorum Card (white slip)—to the General Assembly Meeting.
